Haltia is your gateway to Finnish nature

The Finnish Nature Centre Haltia is located in Espoo, right next to Nuuksio National Park. Just a 30-minute drive from Helsinki, you’ll find stunning exhibitions, access to Nuuksio’s extensive trail network stretching for tens of kilometres, an equipment rental service, a shop for outdoor gear and gifts, Restaurant Haltia, excellent meeting and sauna facilities – including options in the middle of nature – as well as an accessible scenic terrace, campfire sites, and seasonal events and courses.

What’s new

At the Finnish Nature Centre Haltia, a wide range of events are organized throughout the year, with changing themes.
Annual highlights include the LuxNuuksio light event, exhibition openings,
the Finnish Nature Day programme, and seasonal programmes during holiday periods.
