Haltia is your gateway to Finnish nature

The Finnish Nature Centre Haltia is located in Espoo, right next to Nuuksio National Park. Just a 30-minute drive from Helsinki, you’ll find stunning exhibitions, access to Nuuksio’s extensive trail network stretching for tens of kilometres, an equipment rental service, a shop for outdoor gear and gifts, Restaurant Haltia, excellent meeting and sauna facilities – including options in the middle of nature – as well as an accessible scenic terrace, campfire sites, and seasonal events and courses.

What’s new

Outdoor Saturday events are held at
The Finnish Nature Centre Haltia,
offering ideas and guidance for year-round hiking and outdoor activities, each time with a different theme.

On Outdoor Saturdays, Haltia is open as normal
and entry to the exhibitions is free the last two hours.
