Nurturing Affinity to Nature through Outdoor Learning

NANOL LOGOT hatliacomEarly childhood educator, teacher or environmental educator! Come and learn on outdoor education and to hear experiences from the rest of Europe.

This seminar is part of the Erasmus+ project NANOL. The Nurturing Affinity to Nature through Outdoor Learning in Special Places (NANOL) project seeks to expand learning outside the school through supporting primary school teachers in creating learning experiences that are linked to the curriculum and to local natural contexts.

The seminar participation is free of charge. The seminar is organised by the NANOL-project, The Finnish Nature Centre Haltia, SYKLI Environmental School of Finland and Ulko-opet ry (The Finnish Association for Outdoor Teachers).

  • The program consists of lectures, workshops and guided tours at 9-16 hours + optional social program at 17-21 h.
  • The seminar is free of charge, lunch at own cost (14-17 euros at Restaurant Haltia)
