Haltia’s nature exhibitions are open to the public from Saturday 1.5.2021 onwards on Wednesday to Sunday. Regarding the official guidelines, the number of visitors will be limited per visit. At Haltia we follow the official regulations, restrictions as well as inform of any changes to it.
In the beginning the number of visitors in the exhibition space is 30 people per hour. This is how we can ensure a safe visit to everyone. Exhibition tickets are available to purchase in advance on Wed-Sun at 11-16 (visiting time is between 11-17). We also offer private exhibitions for small groups on Tuesdays from 10-17 and on Wed-Sun from 10-11.

Haltia’s customer service, gear rental and nature shop are open Wed-Sun from 10-17. Restaurant Haltia is open Wed-Sun.
The safety of customer service will be ensured through the limitation of customer numbers and implementation of safety distances and hygiene instructions. You find the instructions for a safe visit in the end of the page.

It is extremely important to follow the outdoor etiquette – we need greater responsibility and commitment to following the common rules for the safety of both people and nature.
If you go hiking to any nature destination, we remind you to follow all the normal rules and all the current recommendations from the health authorities. We recommend avoiding the most popular outdoor destinations and to keep on following the news and any new recommendations.

– We require that everyone over 12 years wears a face mask inside Haltia. Our staff wear a face mask in every situation. You can buy a mask from our information.
– You are most welcome to Haltia if you are feeling well, please stay home if you are ill.
– Please wash your hands or use hand sanitiser when you come and when ever needed.
– Cough and sneeze into your elbow.
– When you are in Haltia please keep 1-2 m distance from other people.
We have increased cleaning, especially the cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces. We have increased the availability of hand sanitiser and set up reminders and instructions.We may need to limit the number of visitors. We apologise, if you need to wait for your entrance.
